Thinkers' Club is a weekly club being held at ERDC office located in North Nazimabad, Karachi. Sessions are held every Sunday from 10:00-11:30am for kids aged 10-15 years. It started on Sunday, 3rd August 2014.
Thinkers' Club (Halqa-e-Ghour-o-Fikar in Urdu) is initiated and facilitated by Salman Asif Siddiqui. This blog is managed by Fatima Salman who is also a member of the club.
What we shall do:
- Sharing and thinking on unanswered questions.
- Pondering upon things that deal with our life.
- Initiating open ended discussions on things worth discussing.
- Talking about ideas and thoughts that come to our mind or we have come across.
Rules:
- Be punctual.
- Always bring a notebook and a pen to take notes of the session.
- Respect the elder club members by calling them bhai\baji.
- Listen to what others are saying.
- Speak when others have finished their point.
- Express your point of view and questions without hesitation.
- Make sure that your expressions are positive and would not hurt anyone.
